Chopper has been tattooing in the Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater area since 2007. He specializes in traditional Japanese imagery, from one-shot tattoos to full body suits. His work draws on classic irezumi motifs — dragons, koi, snakes, peonies, chrysanthemums and hannya — built to flow with the body and read for a lifetime.
